We are so confident in the quality of our service that our work is typically backed with long term guarantees, up to 30 years for some services. If in the future you choose to sell your property, the guarantee can be passed over to the new homeowner, giving them long term protection and making any property preservation work a long term investment.
The following works carried out by Rentokil Property Care are covered by our long term guarantee, unless stated otherwise in the survey report.
All Rentokil Property Care surveyors and technicians are fully trained in safe working practices, while our treatment fluids are HSE compliant as well as being generally odourless and non-flammable.
As part of the Property Care Association, all PCA member’s customers benefit from having another level of peace of mind in the form of the PCA promise. This guarantee scheme covers damp work, timber treatments, structural waterproofing and wall tie repairs for all contracts placed with PCA members, and means you are protected by a guarantee on behalf of the PCA to cover work in progress and deposits.
There is no additional cost to customers for this, and it will ensure that in the unlikely event of a PCA contractor member going out of business while work is being done, another PCA contractor will complete the work to the original specification at no extra cost to the customer.
While the majority of our customers across the country are satisfied with the service Rentokil Property Care provides, if there is a problem during the guaranteed period, or if treatment has failed then we’ll put it right.
